Summer Nights in Texas

Complain all you want about the heat and the wind during the days, but there is nothing better than a warm Summer night in arid West Texas. Tonight, while my sister was visiting, she and her children and my family spent about an hour on the patio at Rosa's as the sun set over Abilene.

Fajitas. Good conversation. Lots of chips and hotsauce.

Life just doesn't get much better.
